Experience
- Mr. Lulo has twenty years of successful experience in
municipal engineering. Since he came to the United States
from Sarajevo, Bosnia, in 1994, he has served as project
manager for water and wastewater systems in the cities of
Sherman, Forney, Heath, Bridgeport, Terrell, and
Mesquite. Mr. Lulo is also involved in the hydraulic
modeling of large water systems like the water system for
the City of Mesquite as well as the design of SCADA and
other control systems.
