Completed in 2007 with a construction cost of $9,563,063, this project included the design and construction administration of approximately 23 miles of a 20- through 36-inch water transmission line to deliver water from the City of McKinney distribution system to the cities of Melissa, Anna, Van Alstyne and Howe, including meter stations for each city.
